Postnatal Support

Towards the end of NCT Antenatal classes, you are invited to a get-together with the rest of your group. This afternoon, led by the Postnatal Co-ordinator, will include an opportunity to find out more about the Branch.

You will also meet your class supporter who will offer support and a meeting place at her home once a week for your group from the time your class finishes to until the youngest baby in the group is about 6 weeks old.

After the birth of your baby you might find it helpful to talk to other new parents. The Open House mornings and postnatal class supporter groups create an ideal opportunity to chat to other people with small babies and compare experiences.
